rEvolution is in search of an Associate Account Director . In this role, reporting to VP of Account Management you will be a leader within the agency and a vital part of successful planning of new business as well as client leadership. This role works closely with the internal rEvolution team and clients day-to-day to provide consultative support of new business and well as client strategy and integration on assigned clients.

You Will:

• Work with internal agency service groups to assess, provide thought leadership and support the VP on the new business pitches.
• Be responsible for overseeing client remit and working with the account team to achieve client KPIs and ensuring client is continuously meeting their business KPIs. 
• Demonstrate and exercise knowledge of account management and client trusted advisor leadership to organically grow client remit. 
• Own the client forecasting and management of budgets in conjunction with the assigned PM lead

You Have:

• 7-10 years of client management experience at an agency, brand or sports/entertainment property 
• The ability to travel up to 10%
• Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, sponsorship, hospitality and creative design 

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach
